KUALA LUMPUR: A Malay rights NGO Jaringan Melayu Malaysia has called the arrest and charging of five youths for posting allegedly derogatory posters as unfair.
Insisting that the youths were doing “social work” in creating awareness regarding the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual) issue, movement president Azwanddin Hamzah charged the police of double standards when arresting those who had put up the posters.
